1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jbboss platform — including the website at jbboss.net, any associated mobile interface, and all games and services offered therein — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on jbboss from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jbboss. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the jbboss platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

By completing the registration process and ticking the acknowledgement checkbox at sign-up, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The jbboss platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement reflects the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as established by applicable Philippine law and regulatory guidance. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. jbboss reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of jbboss is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform. jbboss is operated for the Philippine market. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or play. jbboss makes no representation that the platform is appropriate for use outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, current Philippine address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to keep this information current. jbboss may require you to submit supporting documentation — such as a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID) — to verify your identity at any time.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active jbboss account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different details, is a material breach of these Terms. jbboss employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all but the first-registered account will be closed, and any balances in the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jbboss login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jbboss will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jbboss immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. jbboss is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Activity

All activity conducted through your jbboss account — including wagers placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. Wagers accepted and confirmed by the jbboss platform are final and cannot be reversed except where jbboss determines in its sole discretion that an error has occurred.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jbboss supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). jbboss reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at jbboss is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Where a player has not yet completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, jbboss may hold withdrawal requests until verification is complete. Processing times vary by payment method but jbboss aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. jbboss does not charge transaction fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Own Funds

You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. You must not use funds derived from criminal activity, and you must not use payment methods belonging to third parties. jbboss complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transaction activity to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by jbboss are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived winnings are held as non-withdrawable bonus credit.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jbboss reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines — in its reasonable discretion — that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using automated play to complete wagering requirements; or exploiting errors in bonus configurations.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress that remain incomplete at the expiry time will be forfeited automatically.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

The rules governing individual games — including live casino, slots, table games, and sports betting markets — are determined by the applicable game provider and are displayed within each game or market interface. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the result recorded in jbboss's system logs shall be the definitive record.

jbboss uses certified random number generation (RNG) software for applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained dealers operating under standard casino protocols. jbboss does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

Where a technical fault or disconnection occurs during gameplay, jbboss's recorded system state at the time of the fault shall determine the outcome of any pending wager. If a wager cannot be resolved due to a technical fault, it will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jbboss and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place wagers, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Initiating chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with payment providers in bad faith after depositing funds that were used for wagering.
• Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using another person's identity, or otherwise misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Exploit Abuse: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to generate profit beyond the intended mechanics of a game or market.
• Money Laundering: Using jbboss to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of criminally derived money.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jbboss platform — including but not limited to the jbboss brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jbboss or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jbboss intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

Game content displayed on jbboss is provided under licence from third-party game providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. Your access to game content is limited to personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jbboss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical faults outside jbboss's reasonable control; losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security; or losses arising from your reliance on incorrect game information.

jbboss's aggregate liability to you for any direct claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your jbboss account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jbboss makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. jbboss is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime where jbboss has taken reasonable steps to minimise disruption.

10. Privacy and Data

jbboss collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on jbboss, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jbboss implements technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and jbboss cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the platform.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your jbboss account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. jbboss will process voluntary closure requests within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

11.2 Suspension by jbboss

jbboss reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect where: you breach any provision of these Terms; jbboss has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; your account is the subject of a legal order or regulatory direction; or you fail to complete required verification within a specified timeframe. jbboss will communicate the reason for suspension where legally permitted to do so.

11.3 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who self-exclude their jbboss account via the responsible gaming tools or by request to support will have their account permanently closed for the duration of the self-exclusion period. jbboss will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration during a self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account are a breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jbboss platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact jbboss at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jbboss will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receipt of a written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may then pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine legal channels.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jbboss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jbboss will notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will state the effective date of the revision.

Your continued use of the jbboss platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using jbboss and close your account before the effective date.
